Skills Program

A structured 12-session program for adults who feel capable but constantly behind — hard time starting tasks, staying organized, managing time, or following through. Based on the evidence-based Smart but Scattered approach by Dr. Peg Dawson, each session builds one practical skill at a time.

Who it’s for

Adults and young adults — including those with ADHD or a recent evaluation — who want practical systems, not just insight.

Offered in English or Spanish, via secure telehealth or in person. Many insurance plans cover it; self-pay is also available — ask when you reach out. Program structure adapted from Smart but Scattered by Peg Dawson, Ed.D.
